Our highly trained and certified staff is here to work for you throughout the entire after accident process. Opened Monday-Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm with drop-offs and tow-ins also available after hours and on weekends, utilizing our afterhours drop box on the eastside of our Speedway location. I think I've gone into enough detail....the paint and fender alignment had much to be desired.

The hood has "orange peel" from poor paint job ...using a salvage hood was not a good idea.....the alignment and fitting of the new bumper to hood is not perfect....I delt with a superb person at Royal Collision... but I had expected better from body and paint!

The disappointment was the disconnect between what my insurance co (AAA) communicated and what Royal communicated relative to the deductible payment. In addition when I picked up the vehicle the woman at the desk was not very pleasant and gave me the wrong paperwork blaming it on her system.
