I’ve taken my car to you guys a couple of times and you are always fast and efficient. I’m never worried with the service whenever I’m in need of a repair, or sadly another accident. Your office manager ladies are always the sweetest and call me by my name. They are some of the sweetest and what makes the front part of the business enjoyable. On the car shop side of it, you guys also do amazing as well! I never doubt anything when I drop my car off because I know it’ll come back the same way I had it before. Thank you Roy’s for also being there over so many years and for continuing being amazing!

The estimate I was given for the part was nearly $1000 less than what I was charged. What informed a few extra things had been done but can’t tell a difference besides the inside being clean. Mostly just frustrated with the change in part price and not being notified. Especially when I was wanting to get my front bumper repainted but wouldn’t price match another autobody shop quote.
