My car is not fixed to my expectation. The bumper is misaligned. It is not as it was. I understand being restricted by being forced to order non oem parts but maybe this one is defective. The mirror and QP are fine. I had repairs there before and I was satisfied. This time I am not.

We were totally impressed with the quality of workmanship we received at R P Bell. They were 100 % honest. Half way through repairs they found front end damage and made the necessary repairs that many other shops would have hidden.
