The repair took significantly longer than we were told and when we received the car back it was very dirty inside. In addition there was work missed from the original estimate that seems like would have been expected (alignment). We received emails with promised delivery dates that were repeatedly missed with no communication unless I called to check the status. After the repair, the headlights do not seem to be aligned.

From beginning to end I was told service would be in touch and on both occasions I had to call to see what was happening. Your lack of professionalism unfortunately brought out a negative side of me that would not have happened if things had been done as promised. That being said, I would not recommend R.P. Bell to anyone.
