I am very happy with the repairs done to my vehicle. You guys went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle got fixed and just the way you guys worked with my insurance to make sure everything went smoothly made everything so much better. I also appreciate Nancy calling me just to give me updates on my vehicle :)

The work was terrific. We had two cars repaired, and the paint color and texture was a perfect match for both cars. We've had similar repairs done elsewhere by different shops, and this is the FIRST time that we did not have to take it back to remedy faults. RP does absolutely excellent work.

Had the front of the car replaced, but it did not line up with the driver's side quarter panel. RB shuffled us off without trying to fix the situation or offer a plan to help. We tried contacting them for remediation but have not been contacted. Poor customer service.
