Appreciated the daily photo updates. I especially was gratified to be told that the repair would take longer because the color match on the paint wasn't good enough. As long as frequent contact is made I believe the customer is happier ...even if the news isn't the best. Thanks again!!

The repair was done well I was pleased with that portion of the experience. There was some confusion on the front end regarding rental car as compared to a loaner. I felt that I was being pushed towards paying for a rental car when I did not have that coverage. That was a negative part of the experience but the rest went well. Thanks
