I had a great experience with Russ Ward Auto Body. From beginning to end, the team kept me updated throughout the repair process and made everything easy to understand. When I picked up my 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD, I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work. The truck looks immaculate — the paint match, bodywork, fit and finish all came out excellent, and honestly it looks like the accident never happened. I also really appreciated the attention to detail and the communication throughout the entire process. Thank you to Charlene & Stephanie and the entire Russ Ward team for taking such good care of my truck. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality body shop.

I had such a bad experience at a prior car shop that when I dropped my car off to get my bumper replaced and hood repainted, I started having bad dreams of getting my car back with another horrible job done, but Russ Ward clutched and actually did an amazing job. Both the bumper and hood looks awesome!! Paint match was 🤤. Not sure how to write a proper auto shop review but I’m absolutely satisfied and won’t have to worry about my bumper falling out of place when driving anymore. Thank you for your help…!!!
