The repair itself appears to have been done very well. The communication from Russell was miserable. What was to be a 3-4 day repair, turned in to a 10 day repair with Russell never reaching out.

3-4 day repair turned in to a 10 day repair with no communication from the shop. I would call and be told in would be ready in 2 days…that happened 3 different times.

I was told on 1/22 in the afternoon that my car was being calibrated. So on 1/23, I arrived in the morning to pick up my car. After sitting there for 2 1/2 hrs, I was told that my car had not started to be calibrated. I feel like communication could have been a lot better. I am very satisfied with the repairs.
