I am not a happy customer concerning my vehicle repair. I expected more of this Honda Collision Center to go beyond their service but instead I am disappointed and not satisfied. I honestly want a refund so I can go elsewhere to get my vehicle repaired correctly.

All the repairs made by Russell workers was great and we are very satisfied. Your people helped us with a big issue with our car not starting that was not related to any of the work done by Russell. Joey took charge and got us started and on our way. The problem was with the car's alternator.

My 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan running lights under the front bumper when I brought it in when I got it back it no longer has them? Maybe no longer available but I should have been told that. Also asked for some additional work which I was willing to pay for but that was not done so a bit disappointing
