Management went above and beyond to help out with some extra circumstances that my family was dealing with this week. With having so much on my plate already to deal with it really helped easy my worry. Then when the car was done, he was wonderful in working with me, so my father in law could pick it up and bring it back to my son who just started college in Rolla. Exceptional customer service! Totally dissatisfied and disappointed in a Drewing Collision. After Top Notch service from the Sales and Service Departments for years, I expected the same from the Collision Department. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Paint doesn’t even come close to matching, Timeline was 3 times longer than promised and communication was lacking.
