They were timely, and the work was done except for the headliner, which has a gap in it from the windshield to the headliner, making it easier to fall or wrinkle later on. They also broke a sentimental piece. I had it hanging from the mirror and did not disclose that when I picked it up. I can't tell for sure if the windshield is scratched or if it is glue; I have to get some Goo Gone to tell.
