The repair work looks very nice, much like the original condition. I was disappointed with the pricing. RW did not accept the ins co estimate using aftermarket parts. Using more costly OEM parts drives up the total repair cost and ultimately the auto insurance premiums I pay. I would have been satisfied with using aftermarket/used parts.

Christian took very good care of me. He was able to pick my car up the next day when a tree limb fell on it. Got me a loaner vehicle even though I dont have rental insurance on my vehicle. Keep in contact with me through the whole process of fixing my car. If there was a some kind of delay I was contacted and told. I could not be more pleased with my experience. Now I have my car and it looks just as good as it did when I pulled it off the lot. Im very pleased with Christian and his team. Thank You so much!!

Communication was limited amd frustrating. Delays did not seem reasonable, and having the car trapped over the weekend is simply unacceptable.

Any shop can do repairs, the service and communication matters. Rusty wallace collision failed miserably. Quite a blemish on the overall dealership. The service department has always been great, but this is my 2nd poor experience with the collision center.

Took unreasonably longer than originally estimated. Poor communication, failed to leave key with service department for pickup after collision center closed. Car was trapped over the weekend AFTER repairs completed.

Not completely satisfied as there was tape residue on door panel, and window was not tinted to match the driver's side. Also there is a scratch on dash on repair side that was not there when we brought it in. We had to clean up some residue from their work at bottom of door frame. Otherwise staff was friendly.
