I first met Melissa; very professional and a delite to work with. She completed my virtual video assessment with Allstate's claims assessor to get my claims process started with Daltons. Once my drop-off date was scheduled with Melissa, I was able to meet Jeremy who would be handling the actual repair work to my truck. He explained the process and both Melissa and Jeremy provided regular updates on the status of my repairs. It took 15 days for my truck to be completed....and it turned out amazingly!!! I consider Melissa and Jeremy dedicated professionals who genuinely care about thrir customers and gave me the best experience I could have in dealing with an accident repair.I will definitely be using Daltons if the need ever arises again.

First of all a great repair company to work with for your needed repairs. I had the pleasure to meet with Melissa and Jeremy to start the process; both were very polite and professional, and I could tell right from the beginning they were going to make my truck right again after my mishap. Melissa kept me regularly informed of every step in process. Once my repairs got the final process, Jeremy emailed me a detailed repair sheet for the final cost for me and my insurance company. When I picked up my truck, Melissa did a great job going over all the paperwork including the warranty information. We completed a final walk around and Melissa wanted to make sure I was pleased with the repair work. I highly recommend Daltons and this will be the only place I will bring my vehicles for repairs!
