Customer service here was terrible. Even though I told the woman at the desk that our insurance didn’t cover a rental, we were not told about loaner until weeks (and $300+) later. Then I was told my car would ready, then told it needed a code and it would be longer. So it took weeks to do such a minor repair. Then to top it off when we went to pick up the lady at the desk had no idea what she was doing and made my husband wait on some more insurance paperwork that should have been handled before pick up. He was way late for work, we spend hundreds is unnecessary dollars on rentals. Y’all really need to get it together.

They never reset my water jug for my windshield wiper fluid. After me telling them that, and I was told that it, can't be reset that it has to be replaced, so they should have done that when they were doing the repairs. And my of my Nissan on the front of my car was not replaced. They just put Chrome tape around it. So now I have my warning caution light that stays on at all times due to my Windshield wiper flood.
