POSTED TO GOOGLE: I highly recommend Rusty Wallace Collision Center if you’re ever in need of auto body repairs. I needed repairs which were covered through insurance. My insurance agent is Josh Allen at Erie whom I also highly recommend especially due to their disappearing deductible and 1 time accident forgiveness. Rusty Wallace was one of their preferred shops so I chose them. I picked up my vehicle today and was amazed at the excellent work they did. In addition to repairing the damages, they also detailed my car inside and out and included new heavy duty floor mats. Besides the outstanding work provided from the employees in the back, the front desk kept me well informed of the progress on my repairs and were very friendly. Thank you Rusty Wallace Collision!

Brought my car in with no gashes on my tires. Left with 2 new ones on my side walls. They refused to admit fault but admitted that the gashes were not there prior to me dropping off my car. Y’all had it for over 4 months. Then the best that I was offered was 2 new tires at employee price? Huge slap in the face. Will never return.

Looks good - hood seems to vibrate a lot when driving bumpy areas of the road- The front corners appear oddly aligned at the fender/ hood - - I am driving and assessing if I need to contact about it. time will tell as far as the mechanical fixes. The interior was cleaned amazingly well. I am nervous about the repairs in general because I had no issues with the Kia before the accident.
