It has several issues with the paint on the hood and bumper. Also has several scratch marks apparently from the detail crew according to staff.

Repairs took much longer than expected. In the end it cost us hundreds of extra dollars in rental car expenses because the insurance would only cover 30 days of rental. 6 weeks is too long for repairs of this nature.

I appreciated the great customer service in the beginning of the repair. I was kept informed and everyone I spoke to was very kind. Once the day would come that the car was intended to be completed by , I would have to call in for an update. It would be helpful if the updates were provided ahead of time so I could extend my rental in advance not the day of- occurred twice. Pick up of the vehicle was very quick, however I wonder if it would be more helpful to have an associate walk through the repairs with the client. I was handed a sheet and told " this is everything they did, have a great day" and then handed my keys. I would of appreciated a walk through of repairs and an exterior inspection together. I would 100% recommend you all to anyone that needs assistance , my overall experience was good. These recommendations are simply recommendations. Thank you!
