They took 29 days to fix my vehicle which had minimal damage. When we had interactions with our contact person he was rude and unprofessional. I had damage to a boat hitch which was not fixed and I emailed NJM with no response and I also had damage to all the buttons on my dashboard from the coffee I had and spilt in the accident which also was never addressed.

Jim and the guys at Ryan's Auto Body are great. Everything from setting the appointment, customer service, communication and the body work was exception and professional. They not only did an amazing job fixing the damage to my car, but they washed and detailed my car upon pick up. Will definitely consult Ryan's Auto Body again if I ever need to.
