Really thankful to work with a business that cares as much about my vehicle as I do. Quality and service are clearly priorities for them and making sure they communicate through every step of the process. I was nervous taking it to a shop knowing that they could potentially use parts that were not OEM and my vehicle could be compromised. They did everything possible to reassure me this is not how they do business and would make sure they deliver quality. I am thankful I took it to them and will continue to do business with them any time I am able! Very good experience. Was keeper informed on how the progress was coming along. Explained the issues where anyone could understand what was going on this my truck. When finished it was returned to me with not greasy hand prints on it any where. That big in my book.

I would like when calling for info/updates and having to leave a voicemail, that the voice message on the voicemail actually have the correct persons name your leaving the message too, to ensure my message went to the correct persons.
