The Safeway team was great. I felt like they really valued my business. The owner (Junior) took my concerns about the insurance company trying to get away with a cheap fix seriously, and made sure I had a high quality repair. All the guys and gals on the team were friendly, efficient and extremely service oriented. If I ever have another repair need, Safeway will be my first call.

1) My windshield was scratched with deep scratches at Safeway while repairs were being performed (those scratches were not there when I brought my car in) and returned to me without any mention of damage. And, my vehicle registration sticker looks peeled off and stuck back on, it was never like that...did Safeway damage my windshield and try to replace it with a new one that already had scratches? 2) The side view (driver side) mirror I was told is being replaced, and the new mirror is all scratched up, multiple scratches...... 3) There are paint drips on my brand new driver side door (pretty sloppy).
