I’d give it an 8 or 9 if I had not gotten car back so dusty all over both in and out. Seats looked as if employees had stepped on or put very dusty merchandise on them. But,no major complaints.

I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism AND “pleasant-ness” throughout the experience. Having been hit by another vehicle, you are already having a stressful time- Safeway did Everything possible to alleviate ANY stress around the Repair of the car. Everyone from the professional, lovely young lady at the front desk to the gentleman who sensed my anxiety (during “drop- off”) and reassured me- “the day will get better” :) Also, they sent me “texts alerts” every step of the way to make me aware of repair progress; they dealt with the rental company on my behalf... working with Safeway was a Great experience during an otherwise “unpleasant event” (having an accident). THANK YOU for making my car ONE LESS WORRY! Oh and PS, they cleaned “her” beautifully and carefully and returned the car to me with kind Pleasantries and a “Records Folder” with all necessary documentation detailing all the repairs, etc. I will Definitely be recommending SAFEWAY to others!!!
