The only thing I found different from my first experience is that in the first time my car was thoroughly clean when I picked up. The second, it was barely clean. However, the repair was very good.

It’s always good to have updates from time to time and estimated date of delivery. It’s great that you understand specially your front office that behind that car their is a person and a family. Mine daughter was so happy at seeing the car she was worried as she had been in the accident. A special thanks to receptionist she was fantastic and comforting.

The mirror replaced was different from the original mirror. No sign comes up when changing lanes. Before the repair there was a light signaling when it was not safe to change lanes.
