State Farm insurance recommended this shop for repairs after an accident. The repair cost estimate was extensive and to be covered by the insurance co.. Dropped off the vehicle was told it would be several weeks. One the day it was promised, I received a call informing me that there were sounds from the rear (gamage from the accident was the total rear of the vehicle) and that it wasn’t caused by the accident. They said the brakes, calipers and rotors had collapsed into the wheel and had to be replaced, it was unsafe. Estimate = $600. Of course I couldn’t drive an unsafe vehicle, so feeling pressured, we gave the go ahead for repairs. The next day, we were called and told the battery was dead and needed replaced. Obviously, being in the front of the vehicle, that wasn’t caused by the accident, but by this time now the car had sat on their lot for a month in cold winter weather. By now we needed the car for me to take my husband for cancer treatments, so again it was with reluctance we agreed to this. Two days later they called, said the car was finished. Total cost to us was $800+. We picked it up, but the emergency brake was not working at all and whenever we turn a corner, there is terrible grinding. It was returned to the shop. A week later they contact us and tell us that they’ve fixed the emergency brake but that now they suspect that the wheel hubs need replaced and oh by the way, your starting is going. We will work up a price for all this work, but that they determined the wheel hubs were not caused by the accident. I’m not at all sure that the wheel hubs are bad because it seems like they are just replacing one thing after another in an attempt to fix the grinding that more than likely is caused by the accident or repairs they have done thus far. I have NO confidence that this car has been repaired correctly nor that it is safe to drive at this point.

While they obviously attempted to fix the vehicle, it is very obvious at this point that they are not at all sure what the problems with the vehicle are and are just replacing one thing after another in hopes to fix the issues that were caused by either their repairs or the accident.
