Given that it appears they attempted to get more money from my insurance company for repairs that were unrelated to the damage done to my vehicle by the accident it incurred, I don't intend to ever use the shop again myself, and would not recommend them to someone else.when they took these pictures they should have contacted me to ask me if it had anything to do with what happened to the vehicle. In one instance they took a picture of a rubber gasket on the inside of my driver side door. How in the world they thought that that was damaged by an object striking the outside of my car I will never know. Classic bait and switch.

The actual repair that they did was fine, and looks great. However, they took additional photos to send to my insurance company of things that had absolutely nothing to do with the damage that was done to my car. So so in my opinion they milked my insurance company for a thousand extra dollars for repairs that were unrelated to the actual damage done by the accident.

They never seem to want to discuss things over the phone, and it was hard to get a hold of them by email. I also went to pick up my car at the agreed upon time, only to learn that there was another issue that had to be dealt with and I couldn't pick it up. the shop had been open for over an hour by that time, and they could have easily called me and saved me a trip to the shop . Also my husband stayed home from work that morning in order to take me there to pick up my car, so he wasted his time . One phone call could have saved all of that trouble.
