I’m going to say 10 because of the way the whole experience was handled. I only drove it home and it’s been sitting ever since. Lane monitoring was on which I didn’t know how to shut off until I got home and figured it out so steering wheel acted a little funny-I’m assuming that’s because of the monitoring being on. I’ll know best next time I take it out.

My only complaint is with the automatic emails that were sent stating that the repair was finished, when there were still mechanical issues being addressed. We made the trip to pick up the vehicle before it was actually ready, not realizing that we should have waited for a phone call.
