We are fully prepared to handle your claim from tow, to rental car, to completion; with as little hassle as possible. Our experienced staff will guide you through the repair process and answer all of your questions promptly and professionally. Salem Street Auto Body is combination of two local auto body shops; Swampscott Auto Body and Middlesex Collision of Malden. We have now combined into one facility and we welcome all of our previous clients. We will be offering concierge claims service to all of our customers including free pickup and delivery.

Kevin is a nice guy with word of honor that what ever he says he did it so from that I have a big trust on him when it comes to do his job to my car. Everyone at Salem street Autobody was so nice and helpful! My car need repair after an accident and they updated me on progress almost daily. They did amazing work!! They reassured me my car would be fixed in a timely fashion! It was ready before the expected date and there were no surprises!!! I will definitely use them again!!!
