We are fully prepared to handle your claim from tow, to rental car, to completion; with as little hassle as possible. Our experienced staff will guide you through the repair process and answer all of your questions promptly and professionally. Salem Street Auto Body is combination of two local auto body shops; Swampscott Auto Body and Middlesex Collision of Malden. We have now combined into one facility and we welcome all of our previous clients. We will be offering concierge claims service to all of our customers including free pickup and delivery.

Awful work you can clearly see the same old peace was badly repaired and used. The peace is misaligned and there gaps all around it. Not satisfied at all. Should post a review along with photos for everyone to see and avoid the shop.

The tailgate had a different liner than the rest of the bed also the old tailgate I had a spring in it so it wouldn’t slam down this one doesn’t and then the right rear bed step is pushing out a little bit

Every time I spoke with someone I was given different excuses as to why my car was not complete. If I had been told in the beginning it was going to take so long, I wouldn’t have minded and kept my car until parts came in. I had to reach out most of the time to figure out why my car was taking so long. I would have appreciated more communication. The work looks fine. There is some wrapping left on the tail light but everything else looks okay.
