Salem Street Auto Body is a full collision, repair, and refinishing facility, with over 50 years of experience in the auto collision repair industry. We are fully prepared to handle your claim from tow, to rental car, to completion; with as little hassle as possible. Our experienced staff will guide you through the repair process and answer all of your questions promptly and professionally. Salem Street Auto Body is combination of two local auto body shops; Swampscott Auto Body and Middlesex Collision of Malden. We have now combined into one facility and we welcome all of our previous clients. We will be offering concierge claims service to all of our customers including free pickup and delivery.

They remain the best crew around. Everything that these guys do is well thought out and professionally executed. This was a tough project with all the covid delays and everything and they helped out each step of the way. There’s a reason I take my personal and fleet vehicles here !!!

It took over a week to fix very minor damage and car was returned washed but with what appeared to be wax all over and windows needing to be cleaned.

They had my car for over a month for repairs. My inspection sticker was due in October but due to the time it took to repair, I had to get it a month late right before thanksgiving weekend. The clean up job wasn’t great. Everything cleaned was streaked and needed to be redone.

I was pretty disappointed with the service. My car took over 30 days to repair. In those 30 days, my car inspection sticker expired in that time and I had to get immediately. The clean up was terrible. Everywhere in my car is streaked and cloudy from whatever cleaner they used.
