We are fully prepared to handle your claim from tow, to rental car, to completion; with as little hassle as possible. Our experienced staff will guide you through the repair process and answer all of your questions promptly and professionally. Salem Street Auto Body is combination of two local auto body shops; Swampscott Auto Body and Middlesex Collision of Malden. We have now combined into one facility and we welcome all of our previous clients. We will be offering concierge claims service to all of our customers including free pickup and delivery.

My car had paint on windshield, inside my car on my mats, on my grill and windshield wipers. The man that took it to me said it was spray off. The right quarter has bubbles in the paint and the hood was never painted as promised to blend with the bumper and right quarter. My car was so clean when I dropped it off when I got it back it was filthy inside and out with paint and on my tires. No one cleaned the mess they made to my car from the body shop. So disappointed with the work and cleanliness of my car.,

They did fantastic job of fixing my car. My car was smashed to point of not been drivable. After repair, Car runs fine and looked as good as new. They also did fantastic job of keeping me updated about repair process. They fixed the car in reasonable time considering it is covid time.

Paul was so kind and prompt ,updated. Car was repaired awsome. They didn't fix one thing because It wasn't part of the claim but He ordered the part right away and replaced it the nextday evevn though Insurance company paid the bill already 5 plus stars

Body work looked great. Everything appears to be fixed. Interior was covered in dust, from vents, to seats, headrest, interior of windows, to any surface you set eyes on. I spent 45 minutes cleaning the interior. There were shot specks of something all inside the door frames on passenger side. Exterior windows on passenger side where work was done have something on them that I cannot get off with Windex. Almost like something was sprayed and dried hard in tiny, fine spots on the window. Body work looks excellent though.

The service was great from the beginning. Paul was the person that contacted me and made the process very easy and efficient. My own insurance was not that helpful. Paul contacted the car rental for me too. My car was fixed just couple of days after it was initially estimated but they kept me informed on time. They also let me know before it was actually ready, and there was no delay when I got my car back. Everything went smooth and my car was so clean too. It looked almost like new. Thank you!
