The people themselves that worked on the car did a wonderful job unfortunately there was some disrespect given to me by people in the front I guess because I was driving an older car and I could not believe how I was treated I stayed on top of everything I talked to Fatima on Tuesday because she said the car would be ready but she said it was going into the paint shop and should be ready Thursday I get a call Wednesday about 4:30 tell me I need to come pick up my car now and Fatima had called me and I had to say no she didn't and I said there's no way I'm going to pick it up today plus I'm recovering from a car accident and I'm dealing with pain and it was 15 minutes till closing and I said it's the person I go I can't get there at 15 minutes till 5:00 and then they go okay be here in the morning I'm sure if I was driving a Tesla or something of that nature I wouldn't have been told what time I need to pick up my car and as I said one person I did my best to be polite to was very rude and when I did ask him a question when his person Fatima was not there he says he doesn't know and I'll have to talk to her well no one called me that day pretty disappointed with the respect but the engineers and people who worked on the car did an excellent job they need to work on their etiquette in the front if that was my business I wouldn't care what you're driving you're paying customer everyone should get the same respect thank you

The bumper is not staying on all the way. Keeps piping out at the corner. The headlight is not adjusted to the other headlight so it’s hard to see. Did not fully repair the driver door and passenger door from the chips and scraps from the accident. Fix those and it’ll be a 10

Inside trunk wasn’t repaired right. They were like well this is the best we can do before they decided to order another part. It’s been over a week and I hadn’t heard anything from them so I called today and the part still hasn’t come in, I t try honk they should’ve called me to keep us informed.
