It was a hassle once I arrived to turn my car in for repairs. I was told a certain date for my appointment so I logged it on my calendar the day I made my appointment. The day of the appointment I was told I missed my appointment that it was the previous week. Eventually we worked it out but I had to spend more time of my day trying to straighten things out.
