The shop did a great job. I gave 8 because there was a pen left on the windshield which caused some kind of noise when the car was moving. I thought the car had a problem until I found the pen accidentally after a week, and then the noise was gone. If it were not for the pen, I would give the shop 10 because the appraiser and receptionist were very professional and nice!

EXCELLENT,JAN WAS DOING ME WANDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE THE SERVICE WORKERS ARE HONORABLE I FORGET IN MY CAR $1000.00 DOLLARS AFTER 7 DAYS I CALL JAN AND EXPLAIN WERE I HAVE MY MONEY SHE WEN TO LOOK IT FOR IT AND SHE FOUNDED AND CALL ME BACK, THEY SAVE FOR ME TILL I PICK MY TRUCK, I WILL RECOMMEND SALINAS COLLISION REPAIR YES I DO DEFINITELY.
