i was told to pick the car up for 4 times, the first three failed. 1. The shop guaranteed to bring my car to the dealership for an exam before delivery but they forgot,so i waited. 2. I was to told to take the car the second time, and went all the way there from Monterey, only to have found the trunk would not open. 3. i called multiple times and asked about the delivery time, postponed 3 times. 4. The fourth time I tried to get the car, the backing light would not turn on. I am not satisfied with the repair and service at all.

There was a delay of service caused by the estimator lack of communication. The estimator didnât apologize for his mistakes.

At first, I didnât receive a call from auto body estimator that he suppose to call or notify once the AAA approved the car repair. It took a week until I called him for the status. The estimator forgot to call or notify me to sign an authorization to order parts for my car. Secondly, I did not receive an apology from him for his mistake or he forgot to notify me. Thirdly, he told me I should be in the office before 5pm to pick up my car. So I had to rush the lift to get to the office. When I arrived there, the estimator told me the office closed at 5:30pm.
