Picked up my car and the battery was completely dead. Had to spend $293 for a full replacement. They knew it was dead too, mentioned it was “low” and the car was on. Clearly they had to jump it. Based on these facts, they clearly left a light on for a while, completely killed the battery. Honest mistake but then covered it up was total BS. Left me in a bad situation after that could have been avoided
