I've had the misfortune of being the victim of 4 car accidents where it's been the fault in of the other driver. Guy has been like a long lost son to keep me calm and always sends me away with what my car needed.

It took a little longer than I initially thought to repair the back end of my 2011 Equinox. But, it was because the insurance company was making the dealership squeeze through knot holes trying to get the dealership to use inferior used parts. After permission was granted to order an original lft door, everything moved forward to finish the work. I was grateful for the patience and professionalism of the whole body shop team.

Will did a great job assessing the damage, giving me a fair price, and then updating me on the daily progress of the repairs. He went above and beyond by making sure my truck was repaired but also coordinated the repair of the clear bra and cracked windshield that also needed to be fixed. Will handled my service with complete professionalism. I am very comfortable taking any of my vehicles to this body shop.

My car was dirtier than when I dropped it off. My tire air pressure warning light was on, & I had to fill up all of my tires on my own later that day. Not only that, but my wheelchair ramp has footprints all over it. The repairs look ok, but I was not happy with the rest of it.
