Parts were lost. Car left out in the elements parts exposed. Didn't appear that the approach was proactive rather reactive and my doors no longer auto-unlock when I'm stopped. I was just ready to be done with the whole process 😩

I have only had collision repair done once before in my life and this experience was very soothing during a stressful time. My vehicle was practically new and in factory condition before the accident. Your team was professional, listened to my concerns, accomodated my wishes - even allowing me into the shop to view the damage after the vechicle was raised. I very much appreciate the courtesy and reassurance of Will and your mechanic (Dave). The vehicle seems (at this point) to be (probably) indistinquishable from the "new" condition it was in prior to the accident. Thank you VERY much. I would definitely recommend this shop.
