When I drove up to the shop for the first time, I think Hailey saw me and told someone in the office. A minute later Guy came out to greet me. He offered a temporary fix for the problem until they could get the parts. He and Jonny were back in another minute to make an adjustment to the hinge. They got the parts and fixed our van the next week. It was even washed when we went to pick it up. Guy and Jonny described the work that was done. He had photos of the process. I rarely have such a positive experience. If we need a body shop again I would not hesitate to return.
