I tell absolutely everyone I can to avoid bringing their cars there. Even if it's a preferred shop for an insurance company no one has your back and no one will fix your car properly

Please understand your staff does not know how to fix vehicles properly puts Band-Aids on their work. When you point out what they've done wrong and what they've neglected to fix they decide to start gaslighting you and treating you like your stupid because you're a female. Yes even your females that are working for you did it to me. I have now had to fight with Allstate to get them to attempt to fix my car which is still messed up.

See my comment before. If telling the customer that they're afraid to drive their vehicle that they've been driving when they put the wrong parts on it then you have great customer service. But not wanting to admit that you put the wrong parts on my car much less the wrong size tire and not wanting to fix all of the issues that we're going on with my car because of the wreck is horrible customer service.
