My experience was exceptional except for two issues. 1. Checking in was a bit of a nightmare. I wasn’t sure where to go and parking was nearly nonexistent. 2. The reaired vehicle is my only vehicle. We had to rent a vehicle. Our truck was not started until atl least 1-2 days after we dropped it off. The we had a weekend. So we paid for at least 3-4 day over which nothing was being done on our truck. We were scheduled to bring in our truck in on a Tuesday. It wasn’t completed until the next Tuesday. Scheduling timing could have been more efficient so we didn’t have to rent a vehicle for days no work was being done.

Communication was excellent. A call or email received prompt attention. The ability to plan appropriately, communicate the plan and deliver on the timeliness supplied was top notch. Shuttle service was needed and it was on time and on point. Although I just received my vehicle a few agos ago the ride home everything was fine. I would definitely use the Boswll GMC body shop again. I felt like a needed customer.
