I was promised that my car would be ready in 1 week when I was given the estimate and then again when I dropped it off and it was delayed 2 additional days and this was not communicated well. I was contacting the body shop and did not receive regular updates.

Mr Boswell in the body shop took care of me and my car as if I were family from the first phone call he took over and got my car towed to him and when parts availability became an issue I was given a loaner car to use so my husband and I did not experience any inconvenience It was a five star experience for us I would also recommend the new 2025 Envista I loved driving that car and got many compliments
