I greatly appreciated the high level of professionalism and courtesy extended far beyond the call of duty. Every member of the team greeted me as if they wanted me to know they stood by what has been expressed about their service. The entire process was explained in detail my car was looked at from bumper to bumper and was handled as if it was a new born baby. I picked up my car in better condition than in which Sam's Auto Body received it and it spoke in volume to me. This team set the bar VERY HIGH for other auto body shops. Keep up the good work!
