I was also disappointed to see the discrepancy between the cash / customer pay estimate as opposed to the insurance estimate. If I had paid for this out of my pocket instead of insurance, it would have been almost double the cost. I understand a higher rate for labor but why the mark up on parts? Very disappointing. If insurance is handling the claim, your shop does good work. But I would think twice before coming in a cash paying customer.

I found it very difficult to schedule my appointment. I left multiple voicemail messages for Bert and the front desk that were never returned. The only reason I got the appointment was because I kept calling and Bert finally answered the phone. He was pleasant to deal with once I could speak with him but it was very frustrating to have to keep calling back which ultimately delayed the repairs.
