Arnold really helped me by finding a replacement side mirror are one - tenth the price of one from the manufacturer! I an very grateful since I did not make an insurance claim for the broken mirror. Arnold was very responsive to my phone calls and kept me informed at every stage of the process. I only had to have my car physically in the shop for 20 minutes. As I told everyone in the shop yesterday I expressed my gratitude that I live only a file or two from the shop. With the level of service and quality of their work, I would drive two hours to have any body work done there.
