Sorry for the late response. I do not like to text, so had to use my computer. With that being said, Sam's Autoland is the greatest. The work is superior and the car is kept as neat as when it was left. I am very impressed with the quality of the work in the shortest amount of time. They really seem to care for the customer and the car left in the care of the facility. In additon, the updates always put a smile on my face, no matter what type of day I am having. They treat your car as if it was a guest in the facility. Everyone at Sam's keep doing what you do. You will always be my first and only choice for my car repairs, although I hope not often. LOL

Yes you guys are wonderful have great customer service. You guys went way and beyond my expections. Thanks for washing my car and vaccuming it. So very nice of you. The car repair was great. I will definilty recommend this location to everyone.

Getting status on my car was like pulling teeth. Never once was I emailed or called about my car. Even when the repair time was delayed I did not get a call. The representative of mercury that handled my case didn't even call when my car was ready for pick up. While they were never rude, it showed lack of attention and care
