I appreciated the extra they took in cleaning my car when I was scheduled to pick up - it was vacuumed and everything (even the back seats)! The extra care was thoughtful and appreciated.

Although my car did not require extensive repairs, the work was impeccable and they even cleaned the inside of my car. I was so impressed with the service and attention to detail. Best experience I’ve had with a collision center. Eli kept me informed of parts availability because I didn’t want my car sitting if we had to wait on parts. Plus I received regular text updates on status of my vehicle, which i loved.

Elias and his team were wonderful from the moment we came in for our estimate until our vehicle was finished. Elias was very friendly and informative. We received status updates via text through the whole process which was a very nice touch. At one point Elias informed us that is would take a little longer to get the vehicle back because he was not 100% pleased with how that one section of the car had been restored and he wanted to have that work redone. To us that is a mark of true integrity. We really appreciated that attention to detail and fine workmanship.

Was informed my vehicle was ready for pickup and didn’t inform me there was a balance until reaching the shop. (Drove 1 hour and a half to not pick up vehicle and not have the correct info to provide payment)

I hope I don’t have to but definitely will come here before going elsewhere! They are very professional, the work was done beautifully and I will be bringing any one of our 3 cars here for work. My husband has some repairs (from another shop) that he would like to get redone. And SA Collision’s where we are coming! Loved working with Eli and all the staff I met were very friendly and caring. 10/10 will recommend
