Steve is amazing and does an amazing job instilling trust and going out of his way to make sure the clients needs come first. he has helped me with my car twice now and both times he’s been thorough and made sure nothing was missed and if it was he made to take the time correct it when needed. super grateful for their help! When I picked up my car the repair looked great but the battery was dead. Their excuse was the battery was bad and died cause of all the wires I have coming from it. They said they charged it twice cause it died on them. The battery was fine when I dropped the car off. The battery wouldn’t die if they would stop leaving doors open or if they wouldn’t have the radio playing while they work on the vehicle. I know how shops are with peoples cars. I replaced the battery in my car 4-6 months ago, they jump started my car and I went straight to Oriellys and had the battery tested. Oriellys told me it was still a good battery just needed to be charged. I had it replaced with a better battery anyway. So SJC lied to me about my battery dieing easily cause it’s bad. SJC made excuses so they wouldn’t have to replace it on their dime.
