I have never experienced such great and helpful customer service as Calber collisions has given. From start to finish They have been nothing but helpful, nice and courteous. I always get a little nervous when dealing with anything that has to do with my car but with you guys you have absolutely went above and beyond my expectations thank you so much for the great service and I will absolutely be doing business with you guys again thank you.

I was completely satisfied with Caliber . Cesar and his team were helpful , professional, and thorough. They took care of my truck fast, gave me rides, even dropped my truck off at my house after the initial estimate . Five stars all around . I would highly recommend Cesar and his team .

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Caliber Collision and, in particular, Cesar. From the moment my vehicle arrived at the shop, Cesar was exceptionally communicative, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure I was informed every step of the way. He consistently provided updates, answered my questions promptly, and made what could have been a stressful process much easier to navigate. The quality of the repair work far exceeded my expectations. Given the location and extent of the damage, I was concerned about how the final result would look, but the repairs were absolutely flawless. My vehicle looks incredible, and you would never know it had been damaged. The attention to detail and craftsmanship of the Caliber Collision team is truly outstanding. What impressed me even more was the amount of time and effort Cesar and the team dedicated to working with my extremely difficult and unresponsive insurance company. They went above and beyond, making countless follow-up attempts, advocating on my behalf, and doing everything possible to keep the repair process moving forward. Without their persistence and commitment, I have no doubt the process would have taken much longer. Cesar’s customer service is second to none, and the entire Caliber Collision team demonstrated professionalism, patience, and dedication throughout the entire experience.
