"We never received any form of communication from the body shop. We had no idea when the vehicle would be ready.Because nobody contacted us to give us an update as to what the status of the vehicle was. The paint body work and fitment. Look, outstanding The communication from the service advisor there was completely unacceptable when we dropped off our vehicle. The individual told us that we'd receive text updates on our vehicle. Throughout the process, we never received one, not one text message informing us of the status of our vehicle. The only reason why I knew the vehicle needed to be picked up. That day is because my husband had called to find out what the status was because we had not heard anything. When I picked up the vehicle, the individual that was supposed to have been the one to text us had a nonchalant attitude and tried to explain why he didn't do his job, telling us that there was no hiccups in the process and he didn't feel he needed to contact us this. Is unacceptable We could not figure out when we were going to get it or what the status was, that's why we had to call It can help you feel free. We were told when we dropped off the vehicle. We would receive text messages updating us throughout the entire procedure of fixing our vehicle. We received no text message whatsoever from eminey, one at caliber. The only reason why we knew the vehicle would be ready. That day was because my husband called and asked what the status of the vehicle was right. And they told us that it was being calibrated and that the vehicle would be ready that day when I picked up the vehicle. The man that was supposed to have been the one to text us made some excuse. As that there was no issues with the vehicle throughout the process, so he did not feel it necessary to contact us. My question is, is, if you weren't going to contact us in the beginning. Why would you text us and tell us that you would be giving us updates regularly There was not one update given to us throughout this entire procedure.That is completely unacceptable. Your insurance service was very informative, very timely and very outgoing. The gentleman that helped us. The caseworker was outstanding. Followed through answered, our phone calls and returned our phone calls. In a timely manner. Outstanding service thank you. Communication goes a long way. Absolutely. If you're going to tell people that you're going to text them and give them updates on their vehicle, then that needs to happen. We have lives and we work every day, and we wait for our vehicles to be returned to us.And if we're being told that somebody is going to do their job in contacting us, they should follow through. The bodywork, craftsmanship and paint looked like they were done very well. The lack of communication from the body shop and the nonchalantness of the individual who is supposed to have contacted us was completely unacceptable. The workmanship and parts replacement looks good." Read less

I had a wonderful experience at Caliber Collision from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the repair process. Shout out to Marlon and Regional Manager Craig for being so attentive . They fixed my car quickly, and it looks great. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, and I truly felt they were honest and cared about doing quality work. I highly recommend them and will definitely return for any future repairs. Linda was wonderful and so accommodating to the special needs of my wife Roza. Marlon seemed genuinely interested in my car and even assured me that when the car was outside, the sunblock was put up as I requested, not to mention keeping me updated on the progress of the work. Milton definitely went the extra mile to make sure that Roza and I were delivered home. The car was even done ahead of schedule and looked great. Hopefully, I won't need to take my vehicles to a body shop again, but if I do, there's no doubt where I'll take it!
