Darin was great professional customer was great , the females in the office were rude and need to work on their customer service I will not be doing business here again and I will make sure people know of the poor customer service

The customer service from the girls was rude and unprofessional, Darin was great very professional and will to help the girl in the front desk did not greet you never smile looked unhappy I always hear do business in Sanger give back to our town I lived here for 57 years and been in customer services for over 15 years and worked for Famers insurance for 6 and I would never treat my customers they way those girls answered the phone so unprofessional and they way they were in the office will not be going there again as far as the work I’ll give it a 5 satisfactory nothing special but won’t recommend anybody to this place of business
