There was a mark on my hood that was not there when I left the car at the shop. They argued that it was there and they had proof with the pictures they took. Had AAA send the pictures to me, mark was not there. Went back to the shop, painter said mark was caused by tape that got paint under it. He buffed it and the mark was gone. Edgar apologized and said he was sorry, he had never seen anything like that before. Their work was good, however, when the mark was brought to their attention, the first thing they did was deny instead of figuring it out. I have to praise Edgar for admitting it was their problem and fixing it, then apologizing.
