I had an outstanding experience with the collision center at Infiniti. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and handled with genuine care. A huge part of that experience was thanks to Vanessa Moreno. She was absolutely essential in guiding me through every step. She took the time to explain all the details clearly, answered every question I had, and made sure I always knew what to expect. Her communication and transparency gave me a real sense of confidence and peace of mind, which is rare when dealing with something as stressful as vehicle repairs. The quality of work, attention to detail, and customer service were all top-notch. It’s clear that this team takes pride in what they do. I highly recommend this collision center, and if you have the chance to work with Vanessa, you’ll be in excellent hands.

MIKE SCHMIDT~ Autobody service manager @ sawgrass infinity was the ABSOLUTE GREATEST!!! I initially spoke with another person who was filled with excuses & indecisiveness & ineffectiveness. I decided not to bring my car there; even though you were recommended, by Freddy/Sunshine @ N Ft Laud Subaru. I called back requesting to speak to a different person, & Mike got on the phone & took the helm. Mike was ABSOLUTE EXCELLENCE from beginning to end !!! He listened to what I wanted. Merged that with his stewardship & recommendations. He was bold, decisive, straight forward, direct, honest, & compassionate. Zero BS! What he said would happen & what got delivered were one & the same. I trusted his expertise. And that he would make sure the best was delivered. He is an exemplary example of stewardship, command, honesty, integrity, & creating a WIN/WIN in the speediest & highest quality way. He should be training people nationwide. I’m not kidding. You’ve got an rare gem there!!!

I can’t say enough about Frances in Collision. From the very first call I made, through having my car towed there, Frances was incredibly helpful every step of the way. She consistently followed up with both State Farm and me, worked closely with the adjuster to ensure my car was repaired properly, and made sure all the parts were ordered and the checks were processed. From start to finish—right up until the day I picked up my car—she went above and beyond her role. I also want to mention that when I came in to pick up my car, the rest of the team I interacted with was just as helpful and welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m very grateful for the support I received.
