There was a part that was ordered and installed that was wrong, but that was quickly taken care of by Shawn. The inside of the vehicle was very dirty with dust. The outside of the vehicle had overspray on it especially the windshield. Otherwise everything was fine.

I requested a quote to fix some minor dings while the car was being repaired. The quote was insanely high and made no sense. The repairs covered by insurance were fine.

While the repair was done well, my rfid sticker was unnecessarily removed from my vehicle. This resulted in a fee I had to pay to replace it. I haven't heard from my advisor since Thursday when I notified her my sticker was missing and she sent me pictures of my vehicle with the sticker adhered to the windshield.
